These terms set expectations for service scope, communication, responsibilities, and payment when working with Jaynero Bookkeeping.
Services are provided based on the scope agreed in writing before work begins. This may include bookkeeping, reporting, cleanup work, payroll support, finance operations support, or related administrative support. If the scope changes, timelines, fees, or deliverables may also change.
The client is responsible for providing timely, accurate, and complete information, records, and access needed for the work. Delays, missing information, or incomplete records may affect timelines, outputs, reporting quality, and the ability to complete services as planned.
Fees are billed as quoted or otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices are due based on the payment terms set for the engagement. If work has already been completed, reserved, or started, that work remains billable even if the engagement is later paused or cancelled. Delays in payment may affect timelines, access to services, or delivery of ongoing work.
Jaynero treats client financial, business, and operational information as confidential and uses it only as needed to provide services, communicate about the work, maintain records, or meet legal and professional obligations.
Jaynero is not a CPA firm and does not provide audit, review, assurance, legal advice, investment advice, or tax advice unless explicitly stated in writing. Tax filing, legal review, and other regulated professional services are not included unless separately agreed. Jaynero may support readiness, organization, reporting, and handoff for those services, but not replace them.
Either party may end the engagement with written notice, subject to any specific notice terms agreed for the service. Work already completed, scheduled, in progress, or committed remains billable. On termination, Jaynero may stop work once outstanding invoices are addressed and will take reasonable steps to close out the active scope in an orderly way.
Jaynero's services depend on the accuracy, completeness, and timing of the information provided by the client or the client's systems. Jaynero is not responsible for issues, delays, or losses caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late information, restricted system access, or third-party platform errors. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected services.
